Cancellations: All Cancellations must be received in writing, via mail and e-mails will be accepted. The cancellation charges are as follows: Any time before thirty (45) days from the first date services to commence there is a 20% penalty to the customer. Less than thirty (30) days customer forfeits all deposits paid. Confirmation, Deposit, and Balance Due Requirement: A signed contract along with a 20% deposit is due within 7 business days from the date of the contract. The contract balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to trip commencement. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. If payment is made by credit card, there will be a 3.9% processing fee on all charges. If additional time is needed, the customer must notify H&R Tours, Inc., in writing requesting an extension.
