The US Department of Transportation limits the amount of time a driver can be on duty, after which he or she must have eight consecutive hours off duty. This offer of service contemplates that every driver who provides service will be in compliance with regulations. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to verify that all passengers are accounted for at all stops. Before departing any location, the Group Leader MUST make absolutely sure that all passengers are on board the coach, and to relay this information to the driver. H & R Tours cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, or any other condition beyond the direct control of H & R Tours. Further, in the event of a failure, we commit to react quickly.

This contract is for the use of the motorcoach only. Any damage caused by any member of the group in excess of normal wear will be the financial responsibility of the contracting party of the group. It is our goal to meet the specific needs of our customers with the type of equipment they request. While we do everything in our power to meet these requests, H & R Tours cannot guarantee any specific type of motor coach or optional equipment. If Group contracts with any other services (i.e. Hotels, 5estaurants or other transportation) during the term of this agreement, H & R Tours disclaims any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by any such services.

Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Obligations: Group leaderlessee will obtain copyright and permissions for any public performance for all music, audio, and visual presentations on the leased coach. $ll required royalties, license and any other payments which may be required, will be the responsibility of the leasing party. The audio and video systems are optional equipment on our coaches, which are offered for use to our customers free of charge.

H & R Tours is not responsible for loss or damage to any items that are played on our coaches. Baggage and Property Liability: Baggage and all other property will be handled only at owners’ risk and only in the amount that can be conveniently carried on the coach. H & R Tours is not responsible for any items left on the motorcoach. The group leader or person(s) in charge will be responsible for removing all personal property and baggage from the coach at the end of each day and upon completion of the trip. Estimated Cost vs. Actual Cost: Prices are calculated on the information given to us at the time you made your booking and are subject to change depending on the actual services rendered. You need to inform us of all places you intend to go for the most accurate number of miles. Any additional mileage will result in an extra charge billed to you upon completion of the the trip.

Damages: NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR SMOKING ON COACHES
Please check the coach at arrival for cleanliness and condition prior to departure. We want our coaches in good condition upon completion of your trip to keep our costs (and yours) down. Negligent damage to the coach by the contracted party will be charged to you. Schools should have responsible chaperones seated throughout the coach to prevent damage. ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS, NO SMOKING, NO CAN DRINKS, NO DRINKS IN CUPS, NO MEALS, and NO GUM, IS ALLOWED ON THE COACH. Snacks and bottled drinks with lids are permitted provided you clean up and remove all trash. The chartering organization or individual may be responsible for reimbursing H & R Tours for repairing any and all damage caused by any person in their group including charges for cleaning in excess of normal. A thorough inspection of the coach should be made by the person in charge accompanied by the driver upon completion of the trip.

Cancellations: All Cancellations must be received in writing, fax and e-mails will be accepted. The charges for cancellation are as follows: Any time prior to thirty (30) days from the first date services to commence there is no penalty charge to the customer if deposit is paid by check or cash. if the deposit was applied by credit card, there will be a $25.00 processing fee per reservation. Less than thirty (30) days customer forfeit all deposits paid.
Confirmation, Deposit, and Balance Due Requirement: Signed contract along with a 20% deposit is due within 10 business days from the date of the contract. Contract balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to trip commencement. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. If payment is paid by credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee on all charges. If additional time is needed, customer must notify H&R Tours, Inc., in writing requesting an extension.
