🗽 NYC Red Eye Itinerary – $216.00 Per Person
Friday, November 21, 2025:
Be ready to board H&R at 8:00 PM from Elkin Walmart or Rose’s Mt. Airy parking lot. We will depart at 8:00 PM sharp, so arrive early.
H&R Motorcoaches will be at both pickup locations, and coaches are separated by location to speed up loading and unloading.
We will stop 3 times during the trip, with the final stop just outside the city so you can change clothes before spending the day in NYC.
Saturday, November 22, 2025:
We will drop you off in front of Macy’s at approximately 7:00 AM.
You are free to explore the city on your own—take in a show, enjoy private tours, or knock out your Christmas shopping (there are some fantastic deals in NYC!).
The coach will return to Macy’s at 10:00 PM SHARP. Please be ready to board, as motorcoaches are not allowed to remain parked for more than 10 minutes without boarding.
Sunday, November 23, 2025:
Once we are out of the city, we’ll stop to allow passengers to change clothes for the ride home.
The coach will stop a few times en route and drop off passengers at the Elkin Walmart and Mt. Airy Rose’s parking lots.
Coaches will split during the return trip for efficiency. Approximate arrival: 9:00–10:00 AM.
Important Notes:

Dress warmly! New York is very cold this time of year.

All belongings will be secured on the motorcoach while you’re in the city.

Provide your name and cell phone number to the motorcoach operator so we can contact you before departure.

Snacks and water will be provided on board to reduce unnecessary stops.

Keep in mind: what you buy, you carry until 10:00 PM. Consider having large purchases shipped home.

Shopping bags may be stored in the underneath cargo compartments of the bus when you reboard for the trip home.
